The form may accept a name, company, email, role and task description. These details are used only to answer the request, and sending requires separate consent for that purpose.
Technical data
The server may process standard request information for security and diagnostics. First-party analytics records technical page and action events; it does not receive the name, phone, email or message text. No advertising cookies or ad networks are used.
Protected workspace
A Russian mobile number assigned by an administrator is verified by phone call. The server checks identity, role and scope, then exposes only permitted modules and objects.
Consents in the app
Personal data in the workspace is processed only within the permitted scope and server access rules. Official consents are separate documents with versioning, status, audit, withdrawal and renewal. Photos or biometric data require a separate consent.
On-screen acknowledgement
A checkbox or drawn signature confirms only that the displayed text was read. It is not a paper original or a legally significant electronic signature. The official consent status changes only in the separate server consent module.
Storage and requests
The working database and current documents remain on Ingsera-owned servers. If an external backup contour is connected, it is used only for encrypted backups, never as the working database. Requests for access, correction, withdrawal or deletion can be sent to Ingsera LLC by email at info@ingsera.com.
